“Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything.” Ephesians 5:19-20

Contemporary Worship Teams Ministry and Special Music Ministry

If you play a musical instrument or sing, we have a place for you! Come share your God given talents with the congregation of Trinity. We have praise teams and special services where you gifts become praises to the Lord.

If you are interested in any part of the Music Ministry – please contact the church office at 238-3702 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Roberta Blash

Roberta Blash serves as organist for our traditional service. She came to Trinity Lutheran Church in January of 2001. Roberta and her husband, Robert, moved to Paso Robles in September of 1994 from the Chicago area where she taught Kindergarten, Third Grade and General/Vocal Music, directed school choruses and plays, and Private Piano Instruction for 40+ years.

She earned a Bachelor of Music degree with a major in Piano and a minor in Voice and Composition from the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago and Masters of Music Education from Vander Cook College of Music, also located in Chicago. She has also pursued postgraduate work, studied organ, attended and conducted music seminars, as well as holding membership in many musical and educational organizations. While attending school and later during her teaching career she was sought after as an accompanist as well. She was honored with "Teacher of the Year" award in 1984. Roberta has been a church organist and choir director for nearly 30 years. She also held the rank of E6-Staff Sergeant in the US Army Reserve.

While in Chicago, the Blash’s, were part of a performing jazz quartet, where Roberta sang and doubled on piano/keyboard/organ, flute, and percussion with the group.

Bell Choir Ministry

"Bells of Trinity" has rehearsals on Mondays from 5:45 - 7:00 p.m. We ring on the second Sunday of the month at both services; and we ring on Easter, Christmas Eve, and possibly other times, depending on the ringers availability.  We usually end our sessions in May and come back together in August.
While reading music is a big asset, it isn't necessary. We're willing to teach.    Contact Shirley Werner, 227-6412 if you're interested in ringing praises to our Lord and receive more information.
